Online Continuous Weigher of Dryer Output (SCW)
Presently tea industry is depending on old age batch weighing technology or conventional static weighing equipments to get the ‘Tea Made’ records, which is often prone to give erroneous information. Overflowing and loss of bloom in “Made Tea” are other disadvantages of these systems.
To overcome aforesaid problems, Stesalit has developed Microcontroller based Online Continuous Weigher “SCW”, certified by dept. of Legal Metrology (Govt. of India). It continuously records and displays, on real time basis, all the parameters, e.g. Cumulative weight and total operation time from the start of each production cycle, power cut time etc. Information of last 64 production cycles are always kept in the memory data.
SCW also helps in keeping the bloom of made tea intact, which may get adversely affected during other weighment systems.
It also has Interface facility via SMS/USB/Wireless communication (PC) for remote monitoring.
