GIMPEX OVERSEAS PVT.LTD. Commit to deliver Quality Products specific to customer requirements and to bring in Continual Improvement in identified operational areas by involving all employees and establishing a Quality Management System.

Quality Objectives

  • To maintain Delivery Performance through on time delivery in 90% of occasion in respect to export of Machinery and Components.
  • To maintain a minimum 80% level of customer satisfaction Index.
  • To achieve ‘0’ level of complaints from customer in respect to servicing of CSM.
  • To augment Sales of ‘OMEGA’ CSM during initial years by 20% year to year basis.
  • To achieve vertical growth through increased Sales of Tea Machineries and CSM both in overseas and domestic market.
  • To achieve horizontal growth through Joint Venture operation and enhancing portfolio operations.
